Monday we had to go back to the doctor for another check-up and then get his blood tested. Unfortunately, his jaundice levels were back up so we had to take him again yesterday for another blood test. We took him around 11am and the lady had to prick him twice to take the blood. Well, a few hours later the lab called and said they couldn't read the blood because it wasn't taken fast enough. Needless to say we were not happy with that tech. We had to take him back and have another tech take the blood. His levels haven't gone up, but have stayed the same so we have to take him again tomorrow for another test. I sure hope it is the last time he has to be pricked - I can't stand it - Ryan has to take him back and hold him.
Here are a few pictures from the last few days

Man, you would think that last picture is from the 70s given Ryan's hair and clothes.
Don't be too hard on the tech, sometimes it just clots! I'm sure he'll be better soon!
Here's our belated CONGRATULATIONS!!! We're so happy for you!
I hate it when they have to prick tiny baby feet. Here's to hoping he's done with all that.
He's a cutie. Congrats again. Looking forward to the many more pictures to come! :)
Oh, those medical people always stick together! hehe. I just can't wait to see him. I really doubt he wants to be an Astro's fan. Probably wants to watch the Diamondbacks. Of course, with the Suns this year and the bad start of the Diamondbacks.....maybe he should wait for next year.
holy crap he's a cute baby! way to go!
no, blame the tech. i wouldn't let that person touch my kid again, but i'm really mean. love the tan look, though.
Congratulations! He is a beautiful baby! Sorry you're not having fun with getting his blood taken. Hope you're feeling ok and bouncing right back!!
I agree with Bethy. Some are good and some - well just shouldn't be allowed to draw blood on babies.
