Ryan's parents and Ashley came to visit this past weekend and we had a lot of fun at the park, going out to dinner and watching the Cardinals play pretty well during the Super Bowl. Ryan had been craving hot wings so he decided to make them for the party. Besides the huge amount of hot oil spilled on our back porch they were a huge hit!
Last night was our first birthing class and Ryan did surprisingly well. We only watched a short video as an introduction, but he said it wasn't that bad. We'll have to wait for the third week when the whole class is centered around the delivery to see how he really fares!
Here is a picture of Asher's room as a work in progress. The blue matches the fabric of his blanket and valance almost perfectly and then we left the tan color at the top. Also, there is a pic of one of the three turtles that we are going to hang on the wall swimming in the blue.

Wow! That is so cute. Asher is going to love it. I already do.
The room sounds like it's going to be adorable! And ASHER is such a cute name...remember when we called you 'Asher the Lasher'?!?

The room looks cute. I couldn't quite imagine the turtle but I really like it. Can't wait to see it. I guess I better get working on the valance!
The room is adorable - even cuter in person!
